place? Recently
renovated, old stone family house in small village Topic,
Baska Voda county, on the slopes of the mountain Biokovo
is the place for your next holiday.
With the taste of the lost times, the smell of herbs
and plants of Biokovo mountain and taste of the salted
sea of Makarska Riviera, we offer you a holiday to remember.
House ALTANUOVA is selfcatering house, combination of
old and modern Dalmatia world. You will find this house
on the slopes of Biokovo mountain some 2000m from the
center of Baska Voda and popular beaches. Promajna
beach is 3.500m away, beach Djecje Selo 3.200m and Basko
Polje beach is 3.000m away. Completly renovated house
offers accommodation for up to eight people in three
doubel bedroom and living room.
Two rooms have view on the sea and one on Bikovo mountain.
Whole house 108m2 is air conditioned and it has two
floors:
- I floor 63m2: balcony 14m2, solar 4m2, living room
with kitchen, double bedroom (french bed) and bathroom.
- II Floor 45m2: terrace 18m2 with mini kitchen, two
bedrooms (each bedroom has its own bathroom), additional
bed if required in living room.
Kitchen is completly equipped, daily clean towels and
bed linen is to be change on weekly basis.
- Kitchen: 2 refrigerator, freezer, dish washer, oven,
cooker, microwave oven,
- Living space: plasma TV, satellite TV, home cinema,
DVD, CD
- Each room with private bathroom, LCD TV
When arranged with the owner, guest can use grill in
authentic space of Dalmatian tavern (konoba).
Parking space is ensured for all cars. Parking is some
70m from the house in order to preserve authenticity
of the old village. |

HOUSE below OKIĆ (Klake - 20km from Zagreb) |
Etno
House below Okić is located in north-eastern Croatia,
only twenty kilometres from Zagreb, so that on days
when weather conditions permit it, there is a view all
the way to the cathedral in Zagreb.
Situated at the foot of Okić castle ruins and on the
outskirts of Žumberak – Samobor Hills nature park, it
offers to visitors a unique experience in the authentic
atmosphere of a typical farming household of the Okić
region.
The original construction together with the display
of items of Okić region heritage collection bears witness
to village life in this region not so long ago. |

| KEZELE
RURAL TOURISM (Graberje Ivaničko) |
We
offer three-star category accommodation in 27 beds in
14 ethno style rooms. The rooms are furnished with old
rural furniture. There is a possibility for renting
additional rooms nearby.
With a pleasant ambience, good food, relaxed atmosphere
and beautiful nature for our guests, we offer many facilities
and activities:

Homemade Food
The food we serve comes from our
production and the village of Šumećani, and is made
according to traditional recipes.
- Kezele Wines
On the slopes of Moslavačka gora,
we cultivate 5,5 hectares of vineyards. In our wine
cellar, 50 000 liters capacity, we produce and treat
quality Moslavina wines - graševina, škrlet, chardonnay
and frankovka for a number of years.
- Kezele Brandies and Liquors
From Moslavina orchards and vineyards,
we produce Kezele brandies (rakija) from plum, herb,
juniper, grape, mint and other; and Kezele liquors from
sour cherry, pear, apricot, strawberry, blueberry, walnut,
cornel berry, honey and mixed fruit.
- Our Animals
We farm protected Hrvatski Posavac
breed horses, as well as sheep, goats, pigs, rabbits,
chicken, goose, and ducks.
- Cultural Heritage
For a number of years, we have
been collecting old rural objects and established family
ethno collection which numbers 180 exhibits, displayed
in renewed house from 1910. The collection has been
included in the Ministry of Culture’s catalogue of family
ethno collections in Croatia.
Around 500 objects are displayed in two old, renovated
houses from 1880 and 1922 year, in which guests are
served.

seminars, trainnings, presentations and team-buildings,
including the old village games.

There are 30 beds in ethno rooms
with three stars category. The rooms are furnished with
old rural furniture.

| HOUSE
ČOBANOV (near Šibenik) |
House
is situated at the top of the hill Jelinjak, 400m
above village "Šparadići" surrounded with
pine tree forest, with a view of entire archipelago
of Šibenik (including Kornati). House is on the plot
size 12.000 square meters. There is also a vineyard
and olive grove. House itself is 36 square meters,
decorated in apartment "Studio" style. It
has stones styled kitchen, bed for 2 persons, little
living room and bathroom with shower and outdoor shower.
In front of the house is big teracce.
Alleyway is discreet. There's nobody in 300m around.
Lighting is on the generator.
